Q: Can I Cancel My Order?
Can I cancel my order from HoT Scent Boutique?
A: Yes. As long as your order has not been shipped, or the products have not been made, you may cancel your order.

What is House of Tarts Return Policy?
A: We institute a "No Return" Policy. The ingredients for our products are posted on the site so please make sure you are not allergic to any of the them before ordering.
Q: Child & Animal Safety
What if I have small children and/or Pets? Can be hurt by Tarts?
A: If you have pets and/or small children and worry about their safety, I would suggest an Electric Tart Warmer. You won't have to worry about them knocking it over and setting a fire. As long as they keep their hands, paws, beaks & noses away from the hot wax when the warmerr is on, they should be fine.

What is a Tart and how do I use it?
A: A Tart is a small or medium piece of wax (a little candle with no wick) that you place into a burner (either electric or tealight). The wax melts into a fragrant pool of liquid, and scents up an entire room (or house in our case)
